    MBA. 40+ years of experience in exploration, development, operations, finance and executive management. Mr. Brett’s exploration experience spans the Americas. With a focus on British Columbia, Mr. Brett has raised $10s of millions for mining projects. Former former President & CEO of TSE listed gold producer Cusac Gold Mines Ltd. & copper/gold explorer EnGold Mines Ltd. Mr. Brett has also launched technology startups & taught Venture Finance at the MBA level.

    Frank obtained a B.Sc.. in geology from UBC in 1995, B.Ed. from UBC in 2000, and has enjoyed an extensive career in the resource sector, including work with Pacific Bay on the Haskins Reed Project in norther BC. Frank’s career has also involved work with BHP Minerals, Schlumberger Oilfield Services, and a number of junior exploration companies.

    Mr. Elton Pereira is a distinguished Brazilian geologist with a track record of significant mineral discoveries. He holds a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Ouro Preto in Minas Gerais, further solidifying his expertise in mineral exploration and economic geology. His contributions have been instrumental in the success of several major projects, including G Mining Ventures’ (TSX:GMIN -$3.7B MCap) now-producing Tocantinzinho gold project and TriStar Gold’s (CVE-TSG - $55m MCap) Castelo de Sonhos deposit. .
