Dr. Richard Culbert, P.Eng.
Senior Consulting Geologist
Pacific Bay Minerals, Ltd.

In his role as Senior Consulting Geologist, Dr. Richard Culbert recommended staking of Regalo property claims that covered key uranium showings in the Cerro Solo Basin sedimentary uranium play in central Patagonia, Argentina for Pacific Bay Minerals during 2005. Claims cover favorable stratigraphy at the base of the lower Cretaceous Golfo San Jorge basin where a major uranium deposit has been outlined by the Argentine Atomic Energy Commission at Cerro Solo (10 million lbs U3O8). In 2006 he conducted a preliminary evaluation of the Cueva del Chacho uranium prospect in sedimentary rocks of the Permo-Carboniferous Paganzo Basin in La Rioja province, northern Argentina.

Richard's background experience includes running field uranium exploration projects for various companies (as a consultant) in the Atlin and Okanagan regions of British Columbia, the eastern Yukon, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and north central Washington and Nevada in the USA.

Richard's uranium publications are as follows:
